When You Can Request a Refund:

  • Photographer No-Show: If the photographer doesn't arrive, we provide an immediate alternative photographer at no extra cost. No worries for your event—we've got you covered.
  • Quality Issues: Partial refund if photo quality is significantly below agreed standards (reviewed by our team).
  • Cancellation: Refund based on our cancellation policy (24-hour notice required for full refund).
